These Terms govern the use of Reels Nation’s services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. Service Description

The client provides raw video material and editing instructions.

Reels Nation delivers an edited video according to the chosen plan, typically within 48 hours (except in cases of unforeseen technical delays).
 

2. Client Responsibilities

Ensure submitted materials comply with laws and third-party rights (copyright, privacy, trademarks).

Ensure content is not illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
 

3. Reels Nation Responsibilities

We provide editing services according to the selected package.

We are not responsible for the commercial performance of the videos (e.g., views, sales, or social media algorithm results).

We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of content provided by the client.
 

4. Payments

All payments must be made in advance through our platform.

Fees are non-refundable once editing work has begun, unless otherwise stated.
 

5. Intellectual Property

The final edited video belongs to the client, provided all fees have been paid.

Reels Nation reserves the right to use short excerpts for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
 

6. Termination

We may refuse or cancel orders if the content violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, unless otherwise required by local law.
